At Kawachi Yakuhin, temperature sensors were installed in the store to implement intermittent operation to avoid excessive cooling and heating. Additionally, by adding an initial illumination correction function to the lighting, energy savings were achieved while maintaining a constant brightness in the store. After the introduction of the ESCO project, they successfully reduced annual energy consumption by 16.1%. At the Chofu City Hall, various energy-saving methods were implemented, including the renovation of gas absorption chillers to high-efficiency blind heat pump chillers and ice thermal storage.
